Zola Malinga is a co-founder of Jade Capital Partners, a 100% black-owned investment holding company. Jade Capital Partners boasts a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office and industrial assets, and has extensive experience in property investments, asset management, and property finance.

Prior to founding Jade Capital Partners in 2013, Zola served as a director at Standard Bank, where she focused on property finance and business development, working with a range of clients, including private property owners and developers. In addition to her expertise in property finance, Zola has a strong background in investment banking, with skills in investment analysis, transaction structuring, portfolio management, and capital raising.
