Jordan Sasman joined Hangar 18 Investments (Pty) Ltd as a Junior Asset Manager. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town, where he developed a strong academic foundation in property finance, economics, law, management, and development.

His training has equipped him with practical expertise in property portfolio management, facilities planning, and building procurement. Jordan has also gained valuable experience through managing residential property portfolios, conducting feasibility studies, and participating in internships that broadened his insight into the South African real estate sector.

Driven by a passion for innovation, Jordan is particularly interested in the intersection of technology and property. He brings a forward-thinking perspective to the team, exploring the use of AI, PropTech, and FinTech to optimise asset performance and drive long-term value.
