Marc Edwards brings a wealth of experience in the private and listed property sectors. As the co-founder and former CEO of Tower Property Fund Limited, South Africa’s first Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the JSE in 2013, Marc played a key role in driving the company’s inception, growth, and eventual sale in December 2021.

In 2015, Marc expanded Tower’s international reach by co-founding TPF International, the company’s Croatian division, which added significant value to the group’s portfolio. Beyond his corporate achievements, Marc is committed to community upliftment.

As a co-founder of Hangar 18 alongside Warren Lawlor and Travis Green, Marc also holds stakes in the Spire Property Group and co-owns Valyland Shopping Centre with his Hangar 18 partners. His innovative and collaborative approach continues to make a profound impact on the South African property investment industry.
